Importing Websites from Plesk

•  Access the Website Import Option
  
  ◦ Log in to your Thamara.cloud Dashboard.
  
  ◦ From the client area, go to “My Services” → “Log in to Plesk”.
  
  ◦ Click on the “Website Importing” button.
  
  

•  Choose Import Type

----> You can import using one of two views — Simple View or Advanced View — depending on your preferences.

• Simple View (Recommended for Most Users)
  
  ◦ Choose Simple View to begin a quick and guided import process.
  
  ◦ Enter your Plesk login details (hostname, username, and password).
  
  ◦ The system automatically detects your hosted websites and displays them.
  
  ◦ Select the website(s) you wish to import.
  
  ◦ Click “Start Import” to begin.
  
  

• Advanced View (For Experienced Users)

1. Select Advanced View if you prefer more control over the import process.

2. You can manually adjust the following:

   ◦ Source settings (Plesk server, ports, protocol)
   
   ◦ File transfer options (FTP/SFTP)
   
   ◦ Database handling (import or skip database)
   
   ◦ Custom paths and DNS configurations

3. Once all options are set, click “Import” to begin.
   
   

•  Monitor Import Progress
  
  ◦ The import status will be displayed in real time within your Plesk Dashboard.
  
  ◦ Once complete, you’ll receive a success notification.
  
  ◦ You can then manage your newly imported website directly from your Thamara.cloud panel.
