Open your web browser and go to your domain’s cPanel login page:https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
Enter your username and password, then click Log In.
In the Email section of your cPanel dashboard, click Encryption.
(In some versions, it might be labeled as “GnuPG Keys.”)
To start using encryption, you’ll need to create a key pair (a public key and a private key).
Under Create a New Key, fill out the following fields:
Your Name: Enter the full name associated with the email account.
Your Email: Enter the email address you want to secure.
Comment/Nickname: (Optional) Add a label to identify the key.
Key Password: Choose a strong password to protect your key.
Expiration Date: You can leave this blank for no expiration or set a custom time.
Click Generate Key.
After creating the key, scroll down to see your Public Keys and Private Keys.
Public Key: Share this with people who need to send you encrypted messages.
Private Key: Keep this secret. You’ll use it to decrypt messages that others send to you.
To share your public key with others:
Under the Public Keys list, click View next to your key.
Copy the full text beginning with -----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK----- and ending with -----END PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----.
Paste it into an email or upload it to your organization’s key server.
If someone sends you their public key:
Scroll to the Import Key section.
Paste their key into the text box.
Click Import.
Now you can send encrypted emails to that person.
To use encryption in your mail app:
Download and install a compatible email client (e.g., Thunderbird with Enigmail or Outlook with a PGP plugin).
Import your private key into the app.
Use the public keys of your contacts to encrypt messages before sending.
