VPS & Dedicated Hosting: Troubleshooting Broken cPanel Themes

• Log in to WHM

  ◦ Go to https://yourdomain.com/whm or https://yourdomain.com:2087

  ◦ Enter your root username and password

  ◦ Click Log In
  
  
  

• Exit the Feature Showcase (if shown)

  ◦ If this is your first login, you’ll see a page titled Feature Showcase.

  ◦ Scroll down and click Exit to WHM
  
  
  

• Open the Account Functions Section

  ◦ In the left-hand search bar, type Modify an Account

  ◦ Click Modify an Account under Account Functions
  
  
  

• Select the Affected Account

  ◦ From the list of cPanel accounts, choose the one with the broken theme

  ◦ Click Modify to open its settings
  
  
  
  
  

• Change the Theme to Jupiter

  ◦ In the cPanel Theme dropdown, select Jupiter

  ◦ When prompted, choose Keep this account on package default (not recommended) (this time, it’s recommended)
