Before You Begin
Prepare your data in a spreadsheet (.csv or .xls).
Decide whether you want to import Email Accounts or Forwarders.
Make sure passwords meet your security rules. If left blank, cPanel can auto-generate them.
Double-check that your file columns are correct.
Sample File Templates
Email Accounts Example (CSV):
email,password,domain,quota
jdoe@example.com,MyP@ssw0rd,example.com,512
email = full email address
password = optional
domain = optional if selected in the interface
quota = mailbox size in MB (0 or unlimited allowed)
Forwarders Example (CSV):

Log in to your cPanel account.
In the Email section, click Address Importer.

Forwarders
Click Choose File and upload your .csv or .xls file.
If you uploaded a CSV, select the correct delimiter (usually a comma).
Check Treat first row as column headers if your file has labels.
Click Next to proceed.
Map each column to its field (Email, Password, Domain, Quota, or Target).
Review the preview list for any missing or incorrect data.
Click Finish (or Import) to start the process.
Wait for cPanel to complete the import.
Once done, check Email Accounts or Forwarders to confirm everything imported correctly.
After Import
Test a few email accounts or forwarders to make sure they work.
Save or reset passwords as needed.
Check your disk usage and quotas to avoid space issues.
