How to Access Advanced Subscription Permissions in Plesk

1 – Log in to Plesk

  • Go to your Plesk login page.
  • Enter your Username and Password in the required fields.

2 – Open Subscriptions and Access Permissions

  • From the left sidebar, click Subscriptions.
  • Select the specific subscription you want to manage.
  • In the top navigation bar, click the Account tab.
  • Under Account, select the Permissions tab to view all access settings for this subscription.

This is where you can see which features are turned ON or OFF for that plan.

3 – Show All Included Features

  • On the Permissions tab, click the blue link Show what else is included in the subscription.
  • This expands the list to show all advanced permissions available for that plan — not just the default ones

4 – Review and Manage Permissions

Now you’ll see the complete list of permissions and their status:

  • Toggle ON/OFF based on what you want to allow for that subscription.
  • Common options include:
    • Subdomains management
    • Domain aliases management
    • Additional FTP accounts management
    • Ability to change mail settings
    • Mailing lists management
    • Password-protected directories management
    • Auxiliary user accounts management

After making your changes, click Apply or OK to save.
