Overview:
When your VPS experiences slowness, it's usually due to a specific account or script consuming too much CPU or RAM. WHM provides a "Daily Process Log" that helps you identify exactly which user is causing the load.
How to Monitor Resources:
Log in to WHM as root.
In the search bar, type "Daily Process Log".
You will see a list of accounts. Click on a specific Date to view that day's usage.
Analyze the Data:
CPU Percentage: Shows which user is hogging the processor.
Memory Usage: Shows if a script is leaking memory.
Top Processes: Shows the specific command or script being executed.
If you find a malicious or "heavy" script, you can contact the user or suspend the account to save server stability.
Pro Tip: Use the "Process Manager" tool in WHM to see real-time active processes and "Kill" any process that is freezing your server.
