Email routing determines how your mail server handles incoming messages. To configure this in your Thamara account:
Log in to your cPanel.
In the Email section, click on Email Routing.
Select your domain name from the dropdown menu.
Choose the appropriate delivery method:
Local Mail Exchanger: Select this if you are using Thamara’s email servers to receive your mail.
Remote Mail Exchanger: Select this if you are using an external service like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Click Change to save your settings.
Note: Choosing the incorrect routing method can lead to issues with receiving emails. If you are using our hosting for your emails, "Local Mail Exchanger" is the standard setting.
