How to Create and Manage Mailing Lists in cPanel

Step 1: Log in to cPanel

• Open your browser and access your cPanel login page.
  
  
  
  

Step 2: Open Mailing Lists

• Scroll to the Email section.

Step 3: Create a New Mailing List

• Enter a List Name (for example: newsletter).
• Choose the domain for the list.
• Set a password for managing the list.
• Select the access type:
• Public – Anyone can subscribe.
• Private – Admin approval required.
• Moderated – Emails require approval before being sent.

Step 4: Manage the Mailing List

• Add or remove subscribers.
• Change list settings such as moderation and posting rules.
• Send emails to the entire list using the list email address.
