allows you to manage and remove messages to free up mailbox storage. To delete messages in your Thamara account, follow these steps:

• Log in to your cPanel.

• In the Email section, click on Email Disk Usage.

• Choose the email account from the Account dropdown menu.

• Use the available tools to locate messages:

  • Search: Use the search box to find specific mailbox names.

  • Mailboxes Table: Displays a list of mailboxes with the following details:

    • Mailbox Name — The name of the mailbox.

    • # of Messages — Total number of messages in the mailbox or folder.

    • Disk Usage — Storage used (Bytes, KB, MB, or GB).

    • Actions — Available actions for each mailbox.

  
  
  
  

• Click Manage next to the desired mailbox.

• Select the appropriate option from the Messages to delete menu.

• Click Delete Permanently to remove the selected messages.

Note: Deleted messages cannot be recovered. Make sure to review the selected mailbox and deletion option carefully before proceeding.
