To manage Greylisting for a domain:
Log in to cPanel.
From the Email section, click Configure Greylisting.
Locate the domain or use the Search box.
Click On/Off to enable or disable Greylisting.
Click the gear icon.
Select Enable All or Disable All.
Note: Greylisting may slightly delay emails from new senders but helps improve email security and reduce spam.
