How to Use Git™ Version Control in cPanel

Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Step 2: Open Git™ Version Control

• Go to Files → Git™ Version Control.
  
  
  
  
  
  

Step 3: Create or Clone a Repository

• Click Create to start a new repository.
• Or click Clone to connect an existing Git repository.
• Set the repository path (outside public_html is recommended).
  
  
  

Step 4: Configure Deployment

• Enable Automatic Deployment if needed.
• Set the deployment path (usually public_html).
  
  

Step 5: Update Website Code

• Use Pull to fetch updates.
• Deploy changes to make them live.
