Steps for iPhone (iOS):

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.

2. Tap Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account.

3. Enter your Name, Full Email Address, and Password. Tap Next.

4. Select IMAP (Recommended).

5. For Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, enter:

   • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com

   • User Name: Your full email address.

   • Password: Your email password.

6. Tap Save and wait for verification.

Steps for Android:

1. Open the Gmail app or your default Mail app.

2. Tap your profile icon and select Add another account.

3. Choose Other and enter your full email address.

4. Select IMAP.

5. Enter your password.

6. For Incoming and Outgoing server settings, change the server to mail.yourdomain.com.

7. Ensure the Security type is set to SSL/TLS.

8. Tap Next to finish.
