Summary:-
Many users prefer the Gmail interface for managing their emails. At Thamara, you can easily integrate your professional email (e.g., info@yourdomain.com) into your personal Gmail account. This setup allows you to "Fetch" emails from our server to Gmail using POP3 and "Send" emails from Gmail using our SMTP server, making Gmail your primary email client.
Steps to Connect to Gmail:
Preparation: Log in to your Thamara cPanel, go to Email Accounts, and click Check Email -> Configure Mail Client to find your Secure SSL/TLS settings.
Gmail Settings: Open your personal Gmail, click the Settings gear icon -> See all settings.
Accounts and Import: Go to the Accounts and Import tab.
Receiving Emails: * Locate Check mail from other accounts and click Add a mail account.
Enter your full professional email and choose Import emails from my other account (POP3).
Username: Your full email address.
Password: Your email password.
POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port: 995.
Always use a secure connection (SSL) and click Add Account.
Sending Emails:
In the Send mail as section, click Add another email address.
Enter your name and professional email.
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port: 465.

Select a secure connection, using SSL.
Click Add Account and verify the code sent to your professional email.
Tip for Thamara Users:
When setting up POP3, we recommend checking the box "Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server". This ensures that your emails remain available in your Thamara Webmail as a backup in case you ever lose access to your Gmail account.
