At Thamara Cloud Solutions, we ensure your emails reach the correct destination. Configuring your email routing determines whether our server or an external service (like Google or Outlook) handles your mail delivery.

Steps to configure Email Routing:

1. Search for Email Routing Configuration in WHM.
   
   

2. Select your domain and click Edit.
   
   

3. Choose the appropriate routing method:

   • Local Mail Exchanger: Use this if your email is hosted on your Thamara server.

   • Remote Mail Exchanger: Use this if you use external services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
     
     

4. Ensure your MX records are correctly set in the MX Entries section and click Save.
