Steps:

1. Log in to WHM.

2. Search for Packages in the left menu.

3. Click Add a Package.

4. Enter a name (e.g., Startup_Plan).

5. Set the Resources (Disk Space, Bandwidth, Max FTP, etc.).

6. Under Settings, choose the theme and language.

7. Click Add to save.
