1- Log in to WHM
◦ Go to WHM login page
◦ Enter root credentials
◦ Click Log In
2- Open Tool
◦ In the search bar, type Show Accounts Over Quota
◦ Click the tool
3- Load Results
◦ Wait for the system to scan all accounts
4- View Over Quota Accounts
◦ Displays accounts exceeding disk usage limits
◦ Shows:
◦ Used space
◦ Allowed quota
◦ Percentage usage
